Battery Maintenance Technician (m/f/d)
Workplace: Hoppegarten, Germany
Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Responsibilities:

1. Adherence to Defined Procedures

• Strictly execute all repair, testing, and self-inspection tasks in strict compliance with the official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct a self-inspection at the end of each task or batch to verify quality before movement.

2. Task Management & Communication

• Complete all assigned daily tasks within the specified timeframe.
• Proactively and promptly report work status updates, completion confirmations, and any abnormalities or issues encountered during shift.

3. Equipment & Worksite Maintenance

• Perform daily maintenance of all tools, testing equipment, and the workstation according to the prescribed maintenance schedule and checklist.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe (5S) work environment.

4. Quality Assurance

• Maintain the highest quality standard for all reworked units.
• Ensure a 100% quality check to prevent any Non-Conforming (NG) parts from advancing to the next production or assembly step.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Actively collaborate with Process Engineers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide feedback and assist in optimizing battery testing and repair procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.

Job Requirements:

1. Good communication and teamwork skills, strong sense of responsibility.
2. E-auto battery working background and be good at practical things.
3. Driver license, license of forklift, certificate of Hochvolt FHV stufe 2s , electrician knowledge are preferred.
4. English proficiency is required; German or Chinese is a plus.
5. Acceptable for high business travel frequency (approx. 30%).
